We show how everyone can easily ferment at home with very basic means and thus preserve foods and drinks at the same while livening them up and making them healthier and sparkly. We introduce underlying patterns (such as various microorganisms and processes) and present the manifold possibilities: From sauerkraut to kimchi, from kombucha to beer, from cheese to tempeh. There is going to be some good stuff to taste.
